Refunds
Due to the nature of the service which are completely personalised and time-sensitive analysis’, refunds are generally not offered after the service has been provided or the consultation has been scheduled.
The only exception is if you cannot genuinely find out the build date or date the roof is changed for your home, business or space.
Cancellations
In the event that Hiraya and Harmony will need to cancel your consultation due to unexpected circumstances and a new date cannot be set, a full refund will be offered.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
